Position Overview:
We are seeking qualified and passionate Laser Hair Removal and Beauty Therapists to join our expanding team. In this role, you will deliver customised sessions tailored to client needs and preferences, while striving to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
Candidates should possess a minimum of two years' experience in the industry and hold an NVQ Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
Successful applicants must be proficient in performing Hydrafacial and Laser Hair Removal treatments, with at least two years of experience using Hydrafacial and Soprano Ice machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality five-star treatments while strictly adhering to established protocols.
- Develop individualised treatment plans based on thorough consultations with clients.
- Conduct detailed consultations to gather relevant medical histories and address any client concerns.
- Educate clients on the benefits of Hydrafacial treatments as part of a comprehensive wellness program.
- Adhere to laser hair removal protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organised treatment space, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Accurately record and update client preferences in treatment records.
- Communicate effectively with team members to share pertinent client information.
- Foster a calming environment within the clinic, particularly during peak times.
- Demonstrate a professional approach to client care, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Exhibit exceptional administrative skills to support client interactions and clinic operations effectively.
- Demonstrate the ability to listen attentively and respond effectively to the needs of demanding clients, ensuring the retention of a high-class clientele.

Licence/Certification:
· Level 4 Laser Hair Removal (essential)
- NVQ Level 3 & 4 Beauty Therapy (preferred)
- Laser Core of Knowledge
- Liability and indemnity insurance (preferred)
