We are a friendly practice in the centre of Kirkintilloch. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable team member. Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Applicants must be computer literate, have excellent communication skills, the ability to use their initiative, be able to work under pressure and work as part of a team. The successful candidate must respect confidentiality and promote a positive and professional image for the practice.
Duties include, but are not limited to: dealing with patient telephone enquiries, making appointments, signposting to other services, generating repeat prescriptions, scanning and filing of hospital correspondence and general admin duties.
Hours of work are :-
Monday and Tuesday 8 am - 1 pm and
Thursday and Friday 2 pm - 6 pm
There is no lone working.
The applicant must be flexible and willing to help cover holidays and sick leave. Ideally suited to someone who lives within a reasonable commute.
Flexible start date available for the preferred candidate.
