Responsibilities
- Serve a variety of beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Take orders from guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to keep the bar well-stocked throughout shifts.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Engage with guests to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere while promoting special offers or promotions.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a bartender or barista is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with an approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and basic bartending techniques is a plus.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy periods.
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering great guest experiences.
