As a Business Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the sales operation, working closely with the sales team to maximise performance and deliver outstanding results.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and presenting tailored finance and insurance packages
- Supporting the sales team in converting deals and maximising profitability
- Ensuring full compliance with all financial regulations and processes
- Delivering a professional and seamless customer journey from enquiry through to handover
This is a highly customer-facing role where your ability to build trust, communicate clearly and deliver the right outcome for each customer is essential.
- Previous experience in a Business Manager or automotive sales leadership role
- Strong understanding of finance and insurance products and compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A confident, proactive approach with the ability to perform under pressure
- A strong focus on customer experience and delivering results
- Full UK driving licence
