As Salon Co-Manager, you’ll work alongside your fellow manager to lead the Wishaw salon, support and develop its established team, delight customers and contribute to the continued success of one of Scotland’s leading tanning brands.

What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same, which is exactly what makes this role so rewarding.
As Salon Co-Manager, you’ll share responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the salon. Working closely with your fellow manager, you’ll help maintain an exceptional customer experience while supporting the team to continue achieving its best.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and inspiring the salon team.
- Working collaboratively with your fellow manager to ensure consistent leadership.
- Maintaining a positive, motivated and high-performing culture.
- Delivering exceptional customer service every day.
- Driving sales and achieving business targets.
- Recruiting, training and developing team members.
- Managing rotas, staffing and daily salon operations.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance.
- Handling customer enquiries professionally and confidently.
- Ensuring the salon is welcoming, organised and running at its very best.
- Communicating effectively to ensure a smooth and consistent approach across the management team.
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Retail Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting and developing people.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
- Confidence in achieving sales targets and motivating others.
- The ability to work collaboratively and share management responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
