We are currently looking for a motivated and talented Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team at La Bella Vista.
La Bella Vista is an award winning Italian restaurant based on the St Leonards sea front serving contemporary Italian cuisine. We use only fresh, quality and local ingredients to create seasonal menus.
We are a very busy restaurant so you will be required to work within a fast paced environment while remaining calm and producing top quality dishes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a minimum of 2 years experience at Chef De Partie level
- Passionate about food and and working with high quality ingredients
- MUST be a team player, flexible and committed with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Be able to follow directions from the Head Chef
- Excellent attention to detail
Salary estimation is dependent on experience, and is based on potential post-probation hourly rate. Very good tips shared amongst staff, an estimate for this is INCLUDED in advertised suggested hourly rate.
