High earning potential. Fully remote. Choose your own hours.
The Opportunity
Self-employed, performance-based role for someone fluent in social media and online creator culture, responsible for generating qualified leads, establishing relationships with content creators, and identifying opportunities to develop and launch digital products with their audiences.
A smaller part of the role will involve establishing our initial social media presence through content and early audience growth, so prospective creators see a credible, established brand when researching our business. The successful candidate will earn 5% commission on revenue generated by creator campaigns they originate, giving the role significant upside when strong leads convert. For example, a creator with an audience of 50,000 selling a £50 digital product at a 2% conversion rate would generate £50,000 in campaign revenue — resulting in £2,500 commission from a single successfully converted lead.
Once a qualified creator expresses interest, the product developer manages consultation, product development, commercial terms and launch — allowing the successful candidate to remain focused on generating new opportunities. Creators bring an established audience, while the business provides the infrastructure and expertise to support the collaborative creation and launch of their digital products. Our model relies on the trust creators have built with their audiences, so our compensation structure is deliberately creator-first, ensuring they retain the majority of the value they generate.
The Candidate
This role suits someone naturally fluent in social media and creator culture, with the judgement to identify strong opportunities and the confidence to turn cold outreach into genuine business relationships. They should be self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working independently, with quality of outreach valued over sheer volume. Formal experience in outreach, sales or influencer marketing is not essential; strong social-media fluency, communication skills and commercial judgement are more important.
Working Arrangement & Compensation
The role is fully remote and self-employed, with no fixed working hours. Around 10–15 hours per week is anticipated initially, with complete flexibility to scale involvement according to performance, opportunity and availability. Exceptional campaign performance will be rewarded with additional performance bonuses, with the amount determined by campaign results and business performance. The smaller initial social-media component of the role will be compensated separately from campaign commission, with terms agreed with the successful candidate. As the business grows, there will be opportunities to expand the role, take on greater responsibility and potentially transition into a long-term position.
