Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the hotel maintenance program to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Oversee all maintenance activities related to mechanical systems, electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Develop and manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Review schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades while managing budgets and timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential hazards or repair needs and prioritize corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, equipment inventories, and repair logs.
Experience
- Proven management experience in hotel or large-scale facility maintenance with strong leadership skills.
- Some project management experience overseeing multiple maintenance projects simultaneously.
- Solid mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience; familiarity with schematics and PLC systems is highly desirable.
- Supervising experience with a focus on team development, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of maintenance procedures across various systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
