Senior Digital Marketing Executive
Salary: Circ £35,000
Hours: Typically Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30, hours required for the job with additional hours expected during the February to March

The primary focus of this role is to drive online sales growth and optimise the digital customer journey for Stephensons. You will take ownership of our ecommerce platform, digital acquisition channels and online product catalogue.
You will work alongside our existing marketing team and external web agency to develop and execute campaigns that increase website revenue, boost organic search visibility and maximise digital ROI.
Stephenson’s is an independent family business supplying the catering trade with non-food equipment since 1868.
What You'll Do
We're looking for a commercially focused Senior Digital Marketing Executive to help accelerate our online growth and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You'll:
- Drive online sales growth through the planning, execution and optimisation of PPC, paid social, email marketing and SEO activity, delivering measurable improvements in revenue, customer acquisition and ROI.
- Optimise website performance and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and maintain product content and online merchandising.
- Monitor and analyse website, campaign and customer journey performance using analytics tools, turning insight into actions that improve conversion, retention and average order value.
- Work with colleagues and partners to deliver a seamless ecommerce experience.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or a similar role, with a demonstrable track record of driving online sales growth and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Hands-on experience with demonstrable results from PPC and paid media campaigns, with clear evidence of performance improvements and return on investment.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms, ecommerce systems and analytics tools (GA4, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Google Search Console or similar), including automated customer lifecycle and retention campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
