As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for winning new business, building key customer relationships, and delivering sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to bring new ideas to market and ensure strong commercial outcomes across your accounts.
Identify and win new business opportunities.
Develop and grow strategic customer accounts.
Lead customer meetings, proposals, and negotiations.
Manage pricing, margins, and commercial performance.
Work cross-functionally to support product launches.
Maintain accurate forecasts and support business planning.
Experience in business development, sales, or account management roles.
Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is preferred, but not essential.
Proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
