From pregnancy through to age 19, you'll:

Deliver 1-1 support & parenting programmes.

Work with partners across health, education & social care.

Empower families to thrive in their homes & communities.
What we're looking for:

NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject.

To hold 5 GCSEs at level A*-C (including English) or equivalent.

3+ years experience with children & families

We are particularly looking for applicants with experience of working with families of school age children & teenagers

Strong interpersonal skills & a passion for meeting the wholistic needs of families
Flexible working across family hubs, family homes & community venues. Occasional evenings/weekends.
