The Role: As Front of House Manager, you will take full ownership of the guest experience and play a key role in driving the business forward. This is not just about managing service—it’s about leading from the front, building a strong team, and helping shape a destination venue known for excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and develop the front of house team to deliver outstanding service.
Drive sales and customer engagement to support business growth.
Maintain exceptional standards across service, presentation, and atmosphere. Play an active role in marketing, events, and building the pub’s reputation.
Engage with the local community and become a visible, valued presence in village life.
About You: Proven experience managing a fast paced venue
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach. Passion for high-quality drink, and hospitality.
Commercial awareness and a track record of driving performance.
A natural host who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences.
Enthusiastic about community involvement and rural village culture.
