- Pay: £14.71 per hour (+ overtime available at 125% after 42.5 hours) Unsociable premium rate at 15% between 00:00 and 06:00am

Shift 1 - Days 4 on 4 off | 6:00am to 18:00pm
Shift 2 - Nights 4 on 4 off | 18:00pm to 6:00am
Holidays: 20 days (including bank holidays)

About the Role
As a Senior Logistics Operative, you will be a key part of the warehouse team, ensuring the smooth operation of stock management. You’ll support your team, step up as a leader when needed, and drive operational efficiency. This is your chance to make a real impact with your strong organisational and communication skills.
Your Main Tasks
- Assist the Intake Shift Supervisor in overseeing daily tasks and stock department operations.
- Support intake operatives to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Step up as a supervisor during holidays and absences, guiding your team to success.
- Load and unload trailers and containers efficiently and safely.
- Pick and prepare items for production, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Ensure documentation is processed quickly and accurately.
- Organise racking stores and maintain high housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
- Keep stock systems updated, ensuring accurate stock counts.
- Monitor and improve operations to meet KPIs.
- Promote a safe working environment, upholding Health and Safety standards.
- Uphold company regulations and core values for smooth operations.
What You’ll Need
Essential Skills:
- Valid PPT licence for warehouse equipment.
- Good level of English communication to liaise with teams and departments.
- Strong computer skills for efficient data management.
- A driving licence and own transport for flexibility.
- Solid warehouse experience to help you hit the ground running.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Vision/WMS systems.
