Job Overview:
At Corner Coffee, we're all about great coffee and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Barista to join our team.
Duties:
- Prepare great coffee efficiently, working to given recipes to achieve consistent high quality brews every time.
- Maintain a clean, organised working environment, restocking as necessary.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service every time.
- Assist with other duties that contribute to the effective running of the shop, as required.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks.
-Willingness to do what needs doing and work as part of a tight knit team.
- Previous barista experience would be preferred
- Previous experience in speciality coffee is desired, including foundational understanding of working to recipes.
- Foundational knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine care for creating memorable customer experiences.
Expected hours per week: Starting from 28 hours per week
Rate of pay: £12.71
