We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and workstations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
