Bar managers required for Long Road Festival 28-30th of August
We’re looking for experienced Bar Managers with a personal licence to run our bars this event in 2026. This event is taking place at Stanford Hall-Leicestershire. Please note you will be required to camp on site or you can commute in daily if you live locally.

As Bar Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient service across at your bar during each event. You’ll manage a team, coordinate stock and supplies for your area, ensure compliance with licensing laws, and help deliver an outstanding experience for thousands of guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee your allocated bar's operation
- Manage, brief, train and motivate bar staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Handle stock control and bar setup/breakdown
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service
- Work closely with event and site management teams
Requirements:
- Proven bar management experience (event/festival experience is a plus)
- Personal license is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a live event setting
