Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Administrator to join our Building Control Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules and coordinating inspection bookings.
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Assist management with regulatory reporting
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite and other software tools.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy retrieval of information.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Skills
- Proficient in using Office applications and Google Suite for various administrative tasks.
- Strong typing skills with the ability to produce documents quickly and accurately.
- Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong clerical skills, including attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
