Due to retirement Chartwell Super Brand Bodyshop currently requires a Vehicle Damage Assessor.

We have multiple manufacturer approvals which puts us at a great advantage amongst other repair centres. With the support of the team the VDA is required to put together damage assessments and retail assessments for work providers and customers. Using their experience of the repair process along with the manufacture’s methods, they must ascertain the best course of action for the customer and the business. You will need to assess the vehicle to make sure the vehicle returns to the customer in pre accident condition if not better. Using estimating systems such as Audatex and manufacturer’s portals you will build assessment, lease with customer, and negotiate with Insurance engineers.
Duties will include but not limited to.
· Ascertaining accident circumstances
· Leasing with the customer
· Creating assessments
· Dealing with total loss vehicles
· Undertaking relevant training including ATA, Audatex and Manufacturer training.
· Authorising supplimentaries
· Negotiating rates with none approved work providers
· Working closely with engineers whilst building positive relationships.
· Always promoting the brand
