The role
As a Commercial Account Development Executive, you'll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of commercial clients while identifying opportunities to grow your book through excellent client service and business development.
Working with businesses ranging from SMEs through to larger commercial organisations, you'll take time to understand your clients' needs, provide expert insurance advice and become a trusted adviser they rely on year after year.
You'll also enjoy networking within the local business community, building new relationships and developing opportunities through your professional approach and reputation.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous Commercial Insurance experience is essential.
- Experience managing commercial insurance clients and building strong relationships.
- A consultative, professional approach with excellent communication skills.
- The confidence to develop new business while providing outstanding service to existing clients.
- A team-focused attitude and the ambition to continue developing your career.
- A genuine passion for building long-term client partnerships.
