Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced artisan baker to join our night production team in London.
This is a hands-on production role focused on gluten-free sourdough baking at scale, requiring strong technical skills and independence.
Please apply only if you meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience
- Experience with artisan bread and/or sourdough fermentation
- Comfortable working in a production environment (not just small bakery service)
- Able to work night shifts independently
- Good understanding of bread processes from mixing to baking

Key Responsibilities
- Produce gluten-free sourdough breads, baguettes, and signature recipes
- Handle all stages: mixing, shaping, fermentation, and baking
- Maintain consistency and high-quality standards
- Work closely with pastry and viennoiserie teams
- Follow strict hygiene and food safety procedures
