£50,000 to £65,000 per annum
Your duties and responsibilities as a Contracts Manager will include:

Monitoring progression on site, and day to day operations

Liaising with internal departments and stakeholders

Monitor performance and progression against the contracts program

Maintaining a proactive culture towards the health and safety of all aspects of the site
-
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors

Organising and attending progress meetings where required
To be successful in this Contracts Manager position you will ideally have:
-
Previous experience of managing simultaneous contracts
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong negotiation skills
