Part-Time Café Cook
Lickey Kitchen in Cofton Hackett is looking for an experienced Part-Time Café Cook to join our small team.
We need someone with recent café or breakfast kitchen experience who is confident cooking traditional café food, working on a grill and able to run a small kitchen independently.
You may be the main person in the kitchen during your shift, responsible for preparation, cooking, service and keeping the kitchen organised.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ café or similar kitchen experience (essential)
- Confident cooking breakfasts, grill items, toasties and paninis
- Able to work alone and take responsibility for a small kitchen
- Reliable, organised and comfortable working under pressure
- Comfortable handling bacon, sausages, black pudding and other traditional café foods
This is not a trainee position. Applications without relevant café/kitchen experience will not be considered.
Hours:
Two part-time positions available:
- Approx. 12 hours per week
- Approx. 24 hours per week
Typical shifts are 8:15am–2:15pm. Some holiday and sickness cover will be required, so flexibility is essential.
