We are looking for enthusiastic competent front of house staff for a very busy Pub & Restaurant. Experience in a similar position is essential. You will be invited to trial shifts if your application and interview is successful.
Job Description in general but not limited to...
· To meet and greet all customers by being polite and friendly at all times.
· To respond positively to customer requests.
· To deal with customer complaints with professionalism and consideration or to pass them to the relevant superior when necessary.
· To maintain and improve a high Customer Care policy by striving to exceed their expectations and pre-empting their needs.
· To help take the responsibility for all general Health & Safety measures and ensure all legal and company requirements are adhered to.
· To maintain good working relationships with all departments through good communication.
· To handle all equipment carefully and to follow the company’s cleaning protocol this is to include the bar, Restaurant and cellar areas.
· To ensure that the close down procedures completed to required standard.
· To ensure all stock is replenished as needed.
· To provide the necessary support and training in all the various sections for other members of the team as and when required

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
