The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping purchase order trackers, CRM records and internal order information accurate and up to date, while making sure missing details are chased and resolved.
The business has a busy internal sales function where account managers allocate work and orders need to be tracked properly from initial customer requirement through to processing and completion. This role will suit someone who takes pride in clean data, accurate order entry and making sure nothing is left sitting unresolved.
As Sales Order Administrator, you will work closely with the internal sales team to manage order information, update trackers, maintain CRM records and ensure customer purchase orders are properly controlled.

These may include orders with missing purchase orders, incomplete details or information that needs to be clarified before the order can progress. The successful candidate will be expected to keep on top of these items, chase where needed and make sure issues are not left sitting in the system.
