We are looking for a reliable and experienced Weekend Domestic Cleaner to join our friendly household in Deans, Livingston.
This is a long-term position within a warm, welcoming family home where we hope to find someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. We are looking for someone who will become a valued and trusted member of our extended household.
What you'll be doing
Your duties will include a variety of domestic housekeeping tasks, including:
- Laundry
- Ironing
- General cleaning throughout the home
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting and polishing
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
- Changing bed linen
- Other household cleaning duties as required
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 2 years' private housekeeping experience
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be trustworthy, reliable and punctual
- Take pride in maintaining exceptionally high cleaning standards
- Be comfortable working independently
- Be happy to undergo a Basic Disclosure Scotland check prior to employment
Working hours
- 8 hours per weekend, split across Saturday and Sunday
- Typical start time between 9:30am and 11:00am
- Typical finish time between 1:30pm and 3:00pm
- We are happy to discuss alternative working hours for the right candidate.
