Cikarang Presisi Solutions Ltd is seeking an organised and detail-focused Data Processing Assistant to support our Glasgow-based administrative operations.
This entry-level position involves entering information, checking business records, maintaining digital files, and helping ensure that company data remains accurate and up to date. Full guidance and role-specific training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter information accurately into company databases and spreadsheets
- Review records for missing, incomplete, or incorrect information
- Update customer, supplier, and internal business records
- Organise digital documents using established filing procedures
- Process forms, reports, and routine administrative documents
- Maintain confidentiality when handling company information
- Complete regular data-quality and accuracy checks
- Respond to basic internal requests for documents or information
- Report discrepancies to the appropriate team member
- Support general administrative duties when required
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, office support, or customer service is helpful but not required
- Applications from school leavers, career starters, and candidates changing careers are welcome
Skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, or similar software
- Comfortable entering and reviewing information on a computer
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation and time-management abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Responsible approach to confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
- Secondary school education or equivalent preferred
- A university degree is not required
Pay: £25,420.00-£31,000.00 per year
