Salary Package up to £50K - £70K (Perm) or Associate: £500 - £700 per-day (For guideline purposes only)

We are looking for exceptional & outstanding Senior-level Business Analysts to drive & manage the growth of our business within one of our Management Consulting Business Practices involving Leadership & People Development, Business Strategy, Business Processes or Infrastructure. The primary focus for the Senior Business Analyst will be to work, under the direction & guidance of a Principal or Senior Management Consultant (CMC) or Programme Director, on hands-on end-Client Consulting engagements.
Key requirements and responsibilities:
- At least 5-years experience working in Management Consulting, Professional Services, Investment Banking, or FT100/S&P500 business environment
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication & presentation skills: Must be able to present to executive-level audience (MD, CFO, COO, CTO/CIO etc.) with integrity, credibility and gravitas
- Must have excellent experience in capturing & analysing business requirements, complex information/data, business & financial modelling, mapping skills & processes, designing business & operational processes, designing information systems, applications & technology, security, risk management and so on
- Clear evidence of experience in developing and implementing People, business/corporate & Operational strategies, Business & Operational Process or Infrastructure development & management
- Must be degree qualified with a BA/BSc, M.B.A, or PhD from a prominent University or Business School
- Must be able to provide at least two Executive-level references in support of his/her application
