LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at our flagship dealership in Stockport. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients when they bring in their vehicles for service.
Hours - 45
Salary - £30,387 Plus OTE bonus
Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers promptly and professionally

Listening to customer concerns and documenting vehicle issues

Providing detailed service estimates and timelines

Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient service operations

Updating customers regarding the status of their service and any additional recommendations

Handling inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Understanding of automotive repair and maintenance concepts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with service management software
- A valid driver's licence
