What You'll Be Doing
- Executing scheduled servicing, mechanical repairs, and warranty work to strict manufacturer quality standards.

Utilizing ODIS factory software and diagnostic suites to isolate complex electrical, mechanical, and engine management faults.

Performing software updates, component coding, and precise technical logging via brand platforms.

Carrying out clear digital Video Health Checks (VHCs) to communicate vehicle safety needs to clients.

Maintaining clean bay standards and upholding right-first-time quality on every vehicle.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or time-served equivalent).

2–3+ years of professional workshop experience with VAG platforms (Audi, VW, SEAT, CUPRA, Škoda) inside a Main Dealer or accredited specialist.

Confident diagnostic competence using ODIS or VCDS software.

A valid full UK driving licence.
