About us
We are a friendly, family-run business looking for a reliable and hardworking Picking and Packing Operative to join our team on a contractor basis. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail, and can help us keep orders going out accurately and on time.
The role
This role is mainly focused on picking and packing customer orders in a busy warehouse environment. You will be responsible for making sure orders are picked correctly, packed to a high standard, and ready for dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Picking customer orders accurately
- Packing orders carefully and securely
- Labelling parcels ready for shipment
- Checking products for quality before packing
- Making sure all orders are prepared on time
- Helping keep the packing area clean, tidy, and organised
- Assisting with other general warehouse tasks when needed
- Following health and safety procedures at all times

- Previous picking and packing experience preferred, but not essential
- Ability to work well as part of a team
