The Growth Company’s (GC) Corporation Services team have an exciting new opportunity for a HR Advisor to provide operational HR support, advice and guidance to managers across the business on a range of employee relations and change management issues.

This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employment law, HR policies, procedures, and best practice across a range of employee relations matters.
- Support organisational change activities, including restructures, redeployment, redundancy, and TUPE processes.
- Coach and develop managers on key people management topics, including performance, capability, absence management, and conflict resolution.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business, delivering professional and effective HR solutions.
- Maintain accurate HR records, produce reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR services.
- Identify risks, challenge where appropriate, and provide practical recommendations to support effective decision-making.
- Work collaboratively within the HR team, sharing knowledge and contributing to team objectives.
- Promote and comply with Health and Safety policies and undertake additional duties relevant to the role as required.
About You:
- You are CIPD qualified, working towards qualification, or have equivalent relevant HR experience.
- You have at least three years' recent experience in a broad HR Advisor or generalist role.
- You have up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- You are professional, credible, and confident when dealing with colleagues at all levels.
- You are solution-focused and able to work independently whilst contributing positively to a team environment.
- You are adaptable, resilient, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong planning, organisational, and administrative skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
- Confident delivering coaching, guidance, and training to managers.
- Proficient in maintaining confidential records and producing accurate HR reports.
