Duties
- Perform thorough diagnostics to identify mechanical issues using specialized tools and equipment
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on motorcycles, including engine work, brake systems, suspension, electrical components, and more
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to disassemble, repair, and reassemble motorcycle parts
- Inspect motorcycles for safety compliance and ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Maintain detailed service records, including parts used, repairs performed, and recommendations for future maintenance
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance advice
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies to maximize efficiency
- MOT license preferred
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge of motorcycle systems and components
- Hands-on experience with repair and maintenance tasks on motorcycles or similar vehicles
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and socket sets
- Familiarity with power tools including drills, grinders, impact wrenches, etc.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides accurately
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced repair shop or dealership environment is preferred

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
