Anthony Collins is hiring a 6-month maternity cover role based in the Birmingham office. You will support legal advisors by handling high volumes of admin, calls and documentation, ensuring efficient service delivery. This role is key to maintaining profitability through effective support. You will work within a busy legal team, providing essential day-to-day assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing calls, correspondence and documents
- Typing attendance notes and letters
- Opening and maintaining client files
- Providing admin support to legal advisors
