We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes, working across different sections, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to a consistently high standard
- Working across various sections of the kitchen as required
- Ensuring all food is prepared and presented in line with company standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workstation
- Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Assisting with stock control, rotation, and deliveries
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Working Hours:
- Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays 5/7 Days
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
