Job Description:
Job title: Room Leader
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Hours: Between 8:00am – 6:00pm
Location: Sutton
Start date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent
We are recruiting an experienced Room Leader for a permanent position at a welcoming nursery in Sutton. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to working with children aged 0–5 years and supporting their learning and development. You should be motivated, hardworking and confident leading a room as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
- Previous nursery or early years experience required
- Room Leader or leadership experience desirable
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
- Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred
- Must hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate in line with EYFS requirements
