We are looking for experienced Learning Support Assitants who will work with learners on our community outreach programme. you will meet learners on a 1:2:1 or 2:1 depending on learners needs and Risk assessments. You will deliver a curriculum planned by a qualified teacher focused on personal development, maths and English. you will meet the learners in community venues and help them to transition to Salt College over the next academic year.

- Work alongside experienced educators in a friendly, forward-thinking team
- Help students build confidence, develop skills, and overcome challenges
- Make a real difference in a supportive, inclusive environment
- Have a clean driving license
