Talgarth Bakery is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a food production team. To produce the finest sandwiches and associated products for our customers across South and Mid Wales. The ideal candidate will have production experience, however we will train the right person.
The Team Leader is a key role within the company - leading the production runs, ensuring product quality control and maintaining the required hygiene standards. A motivational natural leader is ideal for this role - someone who has an eye for detail, high standards and can motivate and get the best from a happy production team.
In outline, the daily job entails;
Overseeing the production team - ensuring appropriate timekeeping and behaviours etc.
Ensuring that the correct ingredients are prepared and ready.
Fast efficient production of the final products - sandwiches, wraps etc.
Daily hygiene management of premises.
Ingredient management - rotation etc.
Issue resolution in partnership with Production Manager.

Food safety qualifications - we will provide training for the right person.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
