We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly and supportive customer service team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity contract, which may well then go permanent.
If you enjoy helping people, solving problems and providing great customer service, this could be an excellent opportunity to join our team. Working for a premium brand, you will be the primary contact for customer queries.
The Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers, helping to ensure every interaction is handled professionally and positively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries
- Taking ownership of more complex or escalated enquiries and seeing them through to resolution
- Building strong product and process knowledge to provide the best possible support
- Working closely with colleagues across the team to deliver an excellent customer experience
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering a high level of customer service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of customer enquiries
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
