Job Advert : Maintenance Officer
Location: Fleming House, Waterworks Road, Farlington
Hours: Two days per week TBA, 9-5 with additional overtime
Pay: £25,118.00 pa pro rata (£10,047.20 pa. for the two days per week)

ANA Treatment Centres, the south coasts leading residential treatment centre for addiction, is looking to recruit a general maintenance officer for a two day a week post (with overtime) at our centre based in Farlington, Portsmouth. Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of one residential building, undertaking cyclical tasks and responding to damage, breakdown and emergency. Answerable to the Property Manager, work will be prioritised and structured. We are looking for someone who has demonstratable experience and skills for similar maintenance requirements and high standards of work, is reliable, personable and a good communicator.
