Ross + Liddell are looking for an Administrator to join their friendly, fast paced Procurement & Compliance Team.
Day-to-day duties include:-
- Following up on ongoing matters from our Property Management System and liaising with colleagues to progress essential ongoing tasks, including working from a shared mailbox
- Tendering and allocation of contracts for planned maintenance
- Processing and raising disputes on electricity billing
- Assisting in allocating action points from Inspection Reports submitted from Inspection Team
- Creation and management of excel databases controlling various matters within the team
- Creation of monthly reports collating information from multiple sources
- Monitor and action key dates for contracts and H+S matters
- Liaising with external contractors and ensuring database is kept updated with Health & Safety documents
- Ensuring all follow up action is done in accordance with internal procedures that meet our Service Level Agreement
Full training and support will be provided.
Ideally, candidates should have similar experience in a proactive busy role. However, we will consider candidates with similar transferrable skills. All candidates should have strong communication skills and an ability to take ownership of their workload. The candidate should be well organised and competent at time management, with strong attention to detail.
Competency with Microsoft Excel is essential for this role.
This is a permanent post working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
