- Supporting the bar and floor team
- Maintaining a professional and efficient service
FOOD RUNNER — 16+
A fast-paced role supporting the kitchen and Front of House team.
- Must be confident carrying hot plates
- Delivering dishes to the correct tables
- Learning and remembering dish names
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen and floor team
- Keeping service running smoothly
- Allergen training will be provided
DOOR HOST
The first point of contact for our guests. This role requires someone confident, organised and professional.
- Must be presentable and professional
- Must speak English well
- Creating and managing the table plan
- Dealing confidently with specific customer requests
- Memorising table numbers and customer names
- Working calmly under pressure
- Adapting quickly when plans change
- Communicating clearly with the restaurant team
- Guidance and training will be provided
