Do you enjoy bringing order, creativity and calm coordination to busy event environments?
Compassion UK is looking for an Events Operations Specialist to support the planning, logistics, systems, and resourcing that enable our events to run with excellence.
This role is a dynamic blend of event coordination, system support, resource planning and practical logistics. You will help support the delivery of events and partnership activities, while also contributing to the ongoing development of our volunteer management system, Compassion Connect Hub. You will work closely with colleagues across Partnerships, Events, Advocacy, and Resourcing to ensure teams, advocates, and event volunteers have what they need to represent Compassion well.
In this role, your work will help equip our teams and advocates to serve with confidence, foster meaningful supporter engagement, and advance our mission of releasing children from poverty in Jesus’ name.
This role would suit someone who is organised, practical, collaborative and willing to learn. It is also a role for someone who wants their work to contribute to Compassion’s Christ-centred, child-focused and church-based mission.
