We are seeking an experienced plasterer with specialised knowledge in damp proofing using mesh membrane tanking systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both plastering and damp proofing, ensuring high-quality finishes and effective moisture control in residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply plastering techniques to various surfaces, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
Install and maintain mesh membrane tanking systems for effective damp proofing.
Assess properties for damp issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and priming as needed.
Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure project timelines are met.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a plasterer with specific expertise in damp proofing.
Familiarity with mesh membrane tanking systems.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
