As part of our ongoing growth and relocation to a purpose built building within Longbridge Technology park, we are seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our UK Customer Service team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Working Hours
- 35 hours per week
- Monday – Thursday: 08:15 – 16:15
- Friday: 08:15 – 14:45
Location
- This is a full-time, site-based role at our Birmingham facility.
- We are currently located in the Jewellery Quarter, but the workplace will be relocating to Longbridge in the Summer 2026. You must be able to reliably commute to this location after the move.
- Please note the Jewellery Quarter office site is located within a clean air zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Process orders, quotations, and customer requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base, offering knowledgeable, solution-oriented support.
- Assist with invoicing, shipment tracking, and after-sales service.
- Provide assistance during external audits by preparing relevant financial records, documentation, and reports.
- Conduct internal audits of operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in a relevant role e.g. customer service, sales, accounts
- Experience in precious metals, luxury goods, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- A professional and courteous manner, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
Education and Technical Skills
- A-Level or equivalent (required)
- High standard of written and spoken English.
- IT literacy including Microsoft Excel and Word.
