We specialise in sourcing, refurbishing, repairing and supplying high-quality mobility equipment, powered wheelchairs and other mobility equipment to customers across the UK. Every product is carefully prepared by our experienced engineers before being delivered with the highest level of care and professionalism.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team. This is far more than a driving role. You'll often be the face of our business, meeting customers in their homes and ensuring they feel confident, comfortable and excited about using their new equipment.
For many of our customers, this equipment is life-changing. We need someone who understands that every delivery is about people, not just products.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering mobility equipment to customers throughout the UK.
- Providing friendly, patient and professional product demonstrations and handovers.
- Taking the time to ensure every customer understands how to safely use and care for their equipment.
- Collecting and returning equipment for servicing, repairs and refurbishment.
- Carrying out simple adjustments, fittings and basic repairs where required (full training provided).
- Preparing delivery and collection paperwork accurately.
- Keeping your vehicle and working environment clean, organised and professional.
- Representing Sunshine Scooters with pride, delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.

Essential
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Minimum three years' driving experience.
- Comfortable driving long distances across the UK.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
Desirable
- Experience within the mobility, healthcare or customer service sector.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or confidence using hand tools (training will be provided).
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
- Regular overtime available.
- Some early starts and later finishes will be required depending on delivery schedules and nationwide routes.
Salary
Competitive salary, dependent on experience, with opportunities for progression as the business continues to expand.
