- As a new member of our team, you’ll receive the same level of care our customers do.
- You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside one of our long-standing senior technicians to help you settle into your new role.
- Our front of house team works perfectly in sync with our workshop and parts department to eliminate many of the frustrations technicians experience in other workshops.
- Our front of house team receives technical training to help them understand the repair procedures and diagnostic processes technicians apply to today’s vehicles.
When do we work?
- We only work Monday – Friday.
- No Saturdays. No Bank Holidays.
- We close early on Friday’s
- We close between Christmas & New year
- Monday - Thursday 8am - 5:30pm Fridays 8am - 4:30pm

What cars do we work on?
Our specialist brands are,
- Jaguar & Land Rover
- BMW
- Mercedes
- VAG
For these brands we have full dealer diagnostic equipment, security access & technical information systems including wiring diagrams, repair procedures & TSB’s We also have lots of special tooling for mechanical repairs.
Due to our expansion of the workshop, we now have 2 technician roles available.
These roles are for a senior Land Rover vehicle technician and a senior BMW vehicle technician.
What we require from you.
To be confident & experienced with;
- Diagnosing faults on BMW or Land Rover vehicles.
- LR Tpoix or BMW AOS
- Cam belts & Timing chains
- Clutch replacements
- Exhaust gas after treatment systems
- Routine service work
- Suspension work
- Wheel bearings & drive shafts
- Brake replacements including brake shoes
- To complete work to our high standard
- Communicate well with all team members
Roade Main Garage was established in 1960 and has been run by the same fmaily for this time. We have an excellent reputation serving the Northampton area, with a long-standing and loyal team. We are members of the RMI and approved with Trading Standards Code of Practice.
