Summary
We are seeking a passionate and friendly Barista or All Rounder to join our team at our café in GB. Based in the local community, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service and high-quality coffee to our customers, embodying the values of Esquires Coffee.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages with attention to detail.
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently met.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café environment.
- Assist with food preparation as needed.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Support team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Passion for coffee and community engagement is a plus.
