Overview:
To carry out the service of all FB departments, maintaining the maximum quality standards required to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities may include:
Key Responsibilities
- To assist the Senior Food Beverage Assistant with the service of food and beverages, ensuring the 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette standard is maintained
- To be familiar with and understand the day’s menus.
- Lay out tables as directed.
- To check and prepare mise-en-place for each meal service.
- Correct handling, storage and cleaning of all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans.
- To prepare the back area and wine station accordingly to every service.
- To know the specials and what we offer on the menu.
Hospitality Service
- To always provide the highest quality of guest service to all our customers, maintaining our four-red-star standard.
- To exceed guest expectations and offer a personal and informative service to enhance the enjoyment of the guest and maximise up-selling opportunities.
- To set up t ready for each service, take and serve orders and welcome guests in a polite, efficient and friendly manner.
- To always maintain professionalism.
