We are looking for a Service Manager who can achieve targets and retain customers, by motivating our front of house team, valeting department and drivers.

You will be responsible for all customer relations and contacts for service, repairs and maintenance through the dealership.

Confidently contribute to the development of operating the administrative policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the Service Department.

Our successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of Service Department plans and budget, including gross profit, control of indirect and direct expenses, labour efficiency and all related items to achieve financial and customer service targets.

You will need to have excellent organisation skills and be able to direct and manage the activities of Service Staff in order to achieve target plans and budgets.

Conduct regular reviews and meetings to agree development plans that meet individual, department and dealership objectives.

Manage the front of house daily workload while providing the highest standards of customer service while vehicles are with us for servicing and repairs.

Work collaboratively with the Workshop team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.

The successful candidate would need to have previous experience of managing a team and a proven record in delivering results within a Dealership Service Department.
Experience in or currently working in a Service Manager role within a franchised automotive dealership is essential, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (CDK/Kerridge).
We are looking for someone with an energetic and proactive approach to managing a busy Aftersales department, coupled with a creative flare to advance the team. You must be reliable, confident, and able to motivate and support a team to drive performance.
A full, clean driving licence is essential for this role.
