Over the last 3 years, Wild Vision has consistently doubled revenue and grown to more than 115 staff across 3 global offices. We're now looking for a Connected TV Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing Partnerships team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the creator economy and streaming industry.
Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within partnerships and the creator economy.
You'll support Wild Vision's Partnerships team by helping build relationships with creators, talent agencies and some of the world's leading Connected TV platforms, including Prime Video, Roku, Samsung TV Plus, Tubi and many more.
From researching creators and coordinating platform submissions to supporting creators onboarding and managing communications, you'll play an important role in helping projects move smoothly from initial conversations through to launch. As you develop within the role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own creator and platform relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting creator onboarding across Connected TV platforms
- Coordinating platform submissions and launch activity
- Researching creators and identifying partnership opportunities
- Communicating with creators, talent agencies and platform partners
- Managing multiple projects while ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and project documentation
- Working closely with internal teams to support successful launches
- Learning about different streaming platforms and identifying the best fit for creators
- Supporting the Partnerships team with day-to-day coordination and relationship management
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- A proactive attitude with the confidence to take ownership while knowing when to ask questions or seek guidance
- Friendly, personable and confident, building relationships with both internal teams and external partners
- A genuine interest in YouTube, creators, streaming platforms and the rapidly evolving digital media landscape
- Comfortable researching creators and learning which creators are the best fit for different streaming platforms
- Sales, partnerships or client-facing experience would be an advantage, but is by no means essential
- A degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
- A good understanding of AI tools and workflows is a bonus, but not essential
- Bournemouth-based and able to work in the office Monday to Friday
